Elder abuse, housing rights, grandparents' rights/guardianships and income maintenance are priority areas. Social Security, SSI, MediCare, Medi-Cal, and private pension problems are covered. Landlord/tenant disputes and other housing problems, as well as consumer fraud and debt collection cases are taken. Low cost wills are referred to private attorneys and powers of attorney."
